Join us as we try out a new program, Adaptive Yoga! This 1-hour session will be facilitated by a certified instructor and former staff member of Duke Adaptive Climbing. We are open to all abilities and energy levels, no experience is needed. The focus of this session will be to introduce yoga poses and breathing exercises to help increase mobility and enhance our focus. Yoga is a nice compliment to climbing and great opportunity to try a new activity, no matter your level of mobility! Yoga mats, blocks and straps are all provided. Chairs will also be provided as the session can be completed while sitting. Parents and family are welcome and encouraged to participate!
